Therapist Directory

The practitioners below are independent, professionally registered therapists who provide private services from Borders Therapy Hub spaces. Each manages their own practice, availability, and fees.

To make an enquiry, simply contact your chosen therapist directly using the link on their profile. Each ‘View full profile’ link will take you to the therapist’s own page (for example, on Counselling Directory), where you can contact them and arrange sessions directly.

Borders Therapy Hub provides space and infrastructure only; it does not employ therapists or oversee their clinical work.

If cost is a barrier

Not everyone chooses private therapy, and some people prefer a lower-cost option while still accessing professional support.

Borders Therapy Hub also lists Subsidised Counselling (£25) and Free Support for young people (8–25) for those who need a lower-cost route.

Other sources of help

Borders Therapy Hub is not a full directory of every counselling or wellbeing service in the Scottish Borders.

You can also find support through NHS Borders, your GP, or national helplines such as:

  • Childline – 0800 1111

  • Samaritans – 116 123

  • Breathing Space – 0800 83 85 87

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999 or go to your nearest Emergency Department.
